This is a single HALTEC brand Double Seal Inflate through type valve cap for commercial truck, RV, Semi and other high pressure valve stem service applications. These are made from quality Chrome plated tough metal alloy and are salt spray tested at the factory to ensure a long lasting shine. These valve covers include a double inner seal that allows the operator to check or inflate tire pressures without removing the cap. The diamond shaft pattern allows for an easy grip during installation and the grooved top allows various air chucks to lock on for hands free inflation. Haltec Corporation has been the leader in the tire valve industry for over 45 years. When underground mines were transitioning from rail wheels to rubber tires, Haltec was there to design and manufacture the tire valve systems required to meet their technical needs. HALTEC brand Double Seal High Pressure Inflate through Valve cap designed for heavy duty and high efficiency use. Gauge and inflate valve extensions directly through the cap.
Valve has two seals and is protected by a solid, all metal housing with a durable, high-temperature- resistant rubber o-ring inside. Safety feature causes seal to tighten to prevent air loss in case the valve fails.
Commonly used for Commercial trucks, RV's, Trailers and Semi's.
