Have questions about TYK Industries or our products? We’re here to help! Here are a few of our most commonly asked questions:

 Are your products new or used?

We only sell NEW products. 

What is your billing policy?

We require all orders to be paid at the time the order is placed. At checkout, you can choose to use Shopify Payments or Paypal to select your favorite form of payment. Please see below for our shipping policy.

 How will you ship my items?

We ship almost all items (except for a few) with USPS, FedEx or UPS and provide tracking data. You can find a copy of your tracking number under My Account or in the Shipping Status Update email you received after your order was placed. You can check the delivery status of your order by using the tracking number as a URL on the web. If your delivery status hasn’t updated, please email us the order details so we can investigate.

 All orders ship within 1 business day of receipt. Orders received by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day. Most customers within the contiguous US will receive their orders within 2-3 business days although some areas could take up to 7 business days.

 

 I need fitment help! How do I know what I’ve ordered will fit?

Great question, but possibly the hardest one to answer. There are references available for OEM products. However, many of our customers have vehicles that have been modified or enhanced in some way; therefore, the typical fitment guides may not apply. At TYK Industries, we have many years of experience and, through that, do our best to outline fitment. However, there are thousands of variables that are best answered in a hands-on environment, leaving the question best asked of your installer. Please keep in mind that we do accept returns on all our products within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and unopened in the original manufacturer packaging.

 Why does the size on my inner tube appear different than what I ordered? Due to the properties of today's Butyl Rubber, inner tubes cover a range of sizes. In most cases, the same inner tube fits a broad range of sizes. We refer to our manufacturer’s specs when listing products for sale. Please see our "Tube Fitment Guide" for a size chart for detailed size ranges of the products we carry.

 What is your return policy?

We are always happy to take returns on new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation page. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used, mounted or opened (not in original packaging).

If we have made an error in shipping your order, please contact us so we can get this corrected right away. We strive to provide a WOW experience for all of our customers, but sometimes errors do occur.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or determined that you purchased the wrong item, please return the product along with a copy of your packing slip OR your name, address, order number as well as where you placed the order to: 5317 Peachtree Blvd., Suite T680, Dock H, Atlanta, GA 30341.
