We are always happy to take returns on new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation page. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used, mounted or opened (not in original packaging).
If we have made an error in shipping your order, please contact us so we can get this corrected right away. We strive to provide a WOW experience for all of our customers, but sometimes errors do occur.
