This is an industrial strength Haltec inner tube bushing that converts larger 5/8 inch wheel valve holes to fit standard TR-13 inner tube valve stems. Simply slide the bushing over the valve stem before installation and the TR13 valve stem is proctected from damage due to excessive movement or from uneven pressure on the base of the stem.
